Position Overview

As a Training Coordinator at DirectRx, you’ll collaborate closely with Leadership and Human Resources to identify training needs and execute training aimed at enhancing the skills and abilities of our team members. From organizing training sessions to evaluating program effectiveness, you’ll contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier pharmacy services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Leadership and Human Resources in assessing training needs.
  • Assist in creating and updating training materials, manuals, and guides.
  • Facilitate training sessions using various formats to engage participants.
  • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions throughout the organization.
  • Contribute to evaluating training program effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
