Our Account Manager in Training Program is a two-phased, hands-on approach designed to train motivated individuals entering the workforce on every aspect of our business. The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to think creatively, strategically, and attentively, with a high level of confidence and willingness to learn!
Phase 1 includes six months of intense learning and development on the patient coordination side of our business. The objective is to learn WHAT and HOW we do what we do as a best-in-class specialty pharmacy. You will gain valuable experience in Onboarding, Benefit Investigation, Adjudicating, and Adherence when it comes to patient therapies. - Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support quality improvement initiatives promoting patient care, business effectiveness, and process efficiency.
- Support the completion of all Quality Management deliverables on a monthly and quarterly basis as required by accrediting bodies.
- Track and maintain applicable DirectRx licensure.
- Track and understand both State and Federal laws and regulations that impact DirectRx business operations.
