Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

If you have any questions, we would love to help.

Rheumatoid Arthritis, or RA, is an inflammatory condition that causes pain, swelling and destruction of the joints.

It most commonly affects the hands, elbows, feet, ankles and knees. Patients experience pain and stiffness that can interfere with their day-to-day activities, and these symptoms can get worse as the day goes on. Patients with RA often require medications to change the course of their disease and slow down the joint destruction. It is important for patients to get their medications on time each month. DirectRx is here to work with the physicians and insurance companies to ensure this happens, and to make sure the medications are delivered right to the patient’s door. Our pharmacists are available seven days a week to answer any questions patients may have regarding their medications. We believe that it is our job to make managing RA easier so patients can enjoy the life that they want to live.
